• Location data: with your permission, we collect precise GPS location to provide real-time navigation, nearby stadium information, and route planning. You may disable location access at any time in your device settings.
• Log data: IP address, browser type (for web), referring URLs, and access timestamps.

1.3 Information from Third Parties

We may receive information from third-party services you connect to the app, including:

• Authentication providers (e.g., Sign in with Apple, Google) — we receive your name and email address.
• Affiliate partners (e.g., SeatGeek, Booking.com, Google Flights) — we receive confirmation data when you complete a booking through our affiliate links.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the Service.
• Personalize your experience, including recommending stadiums and routes based on your preferences.
• Process and fulfill trip planning requests.
• Send transactional communications (e.g., booking confirmations, itinerary updates).
• Send promotional communications about new features, offers, and MLB events — you may opt out at any time.
• Monitor and analyze usage trends to improve app performance and user experience.

• Retained only as long as necessary to provide the requested service.

You may revoke location permission at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services on your iOS device.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at privacy@stadiumroadtrip.co. Upon verified request, we will delete your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

The Service is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete such information promptly.
