These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Stadium Road Trip mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service") operated by Stadium Road Trip ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain the security of your password and accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately at support@stadiumroadtrip.co if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that have been inactive for an extended period.

3. License to Use the Service

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, assign, or commercially exploit the Service.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Service.
• Create derivative works based on the Service.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Service.
• Use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks.

4. Subscription Plans and Payments

4.1 Free Plan

The Service offers a free tier that allows users to plan trips to a limited number of stadiums and access core features.

4.2 Pro Plan

A paid subscription ("Pro") unlocks additional features including unlimited stadium selection, fly-or-drive optimization, gas cost estimation, and advanced itinerary tools. Subscription pricing is displayed in the App Store at the time of purchase.

4.3 Billing

All Pro subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You may manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.

4.4 Refunds

All purchases are subject to Apple's refund policy. We do not process refunds directly. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

5. Affiliate Links and Third-Party Services

The Service contains links to third-party services including ticket platforms (e.g., SeatGeek), hotel booking platforms (e.g., Booking.com), and flight search tools (e.g., Google Flights). These links may be affiliate links through which we earn a commission if you complete a purchase. We are not responsible for:

• The accuracy, availability, or pricing of third-party services.
• Any transactions you complete on third-party platforms.
• The privacy practices of third-party platforms.

Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and conditions.

If you submit any content to the Service (e.g., stadium reviews, photos, trip notes), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with operating and improving the Service. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to submit such content and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.
• Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits any other user's enjoyment of the Service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service or its related systems.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Stadium Road Trip and its licensors. Our trademarks, logos, and service marks may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent. MLB team names, logos, and stadium names are the property of their respective owners. Stadium Road Trip is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Major League Baseball or any MLB team.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Stadium Road Trip and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

14. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms in the app and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
